Jamie Armani

Born in London, UK, Jamie has a background in the humanitarian sector spanning over 15 years.

She was trained and then specialised in providing pro bono advocacy services under the supervision of a London Magistrate, who was a legal advisor to the Metropolitan Police force, the largest force in the UK. She was also a volunteer and then collaborator with several high-profile organisations, including St Francis Hospice, The Samaritans, and The British Heart Foundation, as well as grassroots charities/NGO’s.

She was a founder of a Humanitarian not-for-profit organisation, Our United Planet. Has run successful campaigns to feed the homeless and sponsored students, nurses from extremely disadvantaged indigenous tribal backgrounds to have a real impact on the very high infant mortality rates within the tribe. These endeavours were accomplished with the support and participation of the local community.

Ruben, born in Paramaribo, Suriname, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in Fortune 500 companies, reflecting a lifelong commitment to making a positive impact on the world.

With over 40 years in the industry, Ruben’s career showcases his leadership and dedication to humanitarian causes. He has held senior executive positions in global corporations such as Texaco, Chevron, and Alcoa, as well as national organizations like Vredestein and MRS Holding.

Throughout his career, Ruben has gained expertise across diverse sectors, including agriculture, mining and processing, and Chevron's global downstream oil business. He has been instrumental in transformative initiatives in Africa, South America, Europe, and the Caribbean, involving acquisitions, divestments, transition management, and change management.

Ruben's career highlights include building resilient teams, developing strategic business plans, and driving effective change management. His contributions have spanned cost reduction initiatives, revenue growth, and strategic acquisitions.

Claudia Pinto

Claudia, born in Portugal, has had an extraordinary journey that took her from a successful legal career in Europe to becoming a key advocate for change in the UAE. She currently serves as the Head of Philanthropy and Sustainability for the UAE government and acts as a philanthropy advisor to H.H. Sheikh Marwan Al Maktoum.

Her influence extends well beyond the business sector. Claudia is an ambassador for 'United For Green,' a foundation committed to empowering women in sustainability and facilitating integration with the United Nations.

Claudia's main focus is on developing partnerships for sustainable projects that align with Dubai's ambition to become a smart city powered by clean and green energy by 2030. She utilises her expertise and connections to mobilise, coordinate, and empower individuals and organisations striving to create a cleaner and greener world.

HRH Princess Mukelile Zibusiso Zulu KaZulu

Born in esteemed Linduzulu Palace, Nongoma, KZN, South Africa, a place deeply tied to the legacy of His Majesty, Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu, and HM Queen Thandi Zulu. This palace is entrusted with the noble duty of community engagement, focusing on Health, Agriculture, Education, and Capacity Building.

Princess Mukelile brings to the table seven years of invaluable experience gained at a major South African Financial Institution. Her expertise in Financial Management systems, client services, and outstanding achievements earned her well-deserved recognition. She placed a strong emphasis on the importance of education as a means to alleviate poverty. She achieved this through dialogues, awareness campaigns, and individual engagements. Her engagement in the African Philanthropy Forum in 2017 underscored her commitment to strategic giving and shared prosperity in Africa.
